MELLOW DOWN EASY recently met up for a full band reunion in early January 2023, at Jason Schmidt's Stillwater Sound, where they recorded two original songs “Not That Far” and “Orange”, along with an Allman Brothers cover song “In memory of Elizabeth Reid”. McGriff mentioned "We plan to release the new recordings soon, as well as our original eight song album, so new friends and fans can discover our unique sound that we've been so fortunate and somehow allowed, to create."  Almost thirty years after their 1995 album debut, MELLOW DOWN EASY (Trey McGriff, Kenny Graeber, Jason Schmidt, Mark Bowman, and Don Radcliffe) will soon drop three freshly-baked songs into the world.
